Club racing, Sprinting, Hillclimbing, chasing a championship or aspiring pro driver, goals are everything in motorsport, even if its only get a car to the finish of a 20 minute race. Unlike any other sport motorsport in all its forms has an overwhelming number of variables at play constantly and it is our first job to narrow those down for clients.
Racing driver coaching from any of the Sim Dynamics team is all about adding focus to how you drive your specific car type and by definition that leads to how the car is set up and prepared.
Our customers achieve their goals from winning championships to not finishing last to not beating certain "individuals" on the grid.
Sim Dynamics is largely operated by Simon Mason, one of UK motorsports most experienced driver coaches. Without exception Simon and his colleagues all hail from proven backgrounds, not only within motorsport and driver training but also in technical specialities.
Our approach is honest and factual, built from decades of experience working with brands such as Aston Martin, Ferrari, Porsche and BMW and training and working with literally thousands of drivers to build an unprecidented level of humans with cars knowledge.
Unlike most driver coaches all our team are past trying to prove anything and get our next drive or sponsor from the process, instead we deliver honest, accurate support for your goals.
Track days may be non competitive, the requirement to drive a car effectively and safely remains just as relevant, only without the requirement to push hard instantly.
If you have realised there is more to driving fast and safe than being taught racing lines by the standard ARDS race instructors, then Sim Dynamics will take you to the where you want to be.
The Sim Dynamics training approach specificaly teaches drivers to work with the car, making them safer and faster and ultimately more capable of adapting to other cars and tracks easier in future.
Our coaching also includes advice on tyres choices and pressure, set ups and so on.
Coaching fees are dependant on the car type (speed and therefore physical demands and risks), purpose, location and of course number of days required (reduces with numbers).

It is no longer controversial to say simulators don't match reality because the fact is, they do! The ONLY difference on a simulator in reality is the lack of consequences. The lack of consequences means we give ourselves excuses for poor technique and crashing. Yes there is less feel in a simulator, but does the feel make us quick or keep us conscious of the consequences?
Training on a properly set up simulator will highlight very quickly technique and driver attitude flaws which we can then coach drivers through. The value of simulator training is not learning lines, it is entirely about mental approach to make us clearler and more focused for reality.
